Kelowna's Flair Airlines is getting a new face at the top of the organization.
Flair's President and founder Jim Rogers has sold his shares in the company, and will remain on the Advisory Council until next year.
He's been replaced by former pilot and Canada Jetlines founder Jim Scott, who takes on the position of CEO.
Rogers founded Winnipeg-based NewLeaf Travel, which launched in the summer of 2016.
Last year, NewLeaf was bought out by Kelowna-based Flair - the company that was operating NewLeaf's fleet.
Canada Jetlines is set to compete with Flair as an ultra-low cost carrier, along with WestJet's new Swoop airline, launching later this year.
Flair now flies out of 7 cities, which are Kelowna, Vancouver, Abbotsford, Toronto, Hamilton, Winnipeg, and Edmonton.
