34-year-old Jacob Forman made his fourth court appearance Thursday morning via video conference, once again appearing stoic and emotionless.
The Kelowna man faces three counts of second degree murder in the deaths of Clara Forman and her two young daughters, whose bodies were discovered in their Rutland home last December.
Jacob Forman has been in police custody since his arrest in December, and has yet to enter a plea in court.
During the brief appearance on Thursday, crown counsel declared that new information had been sworn before the court, in hopes of upgrading two of Forman's three charges to first-degree murder.
It's unknown at this time what this exact information is, or if the upgraded charges could be approved.
Forman's next court appearance has been scheduled for Friday, April 13th at 9:30 AM.
