34-year-old Jacob Daniel Forman of Kelowna made his third court appearance on Thursday morning via video conference.
Just like in previous court apperances, Forman showed no emotion in his brief appearance.
He only spoke when asked 'yes' or 'no' questions by either the judge or his council.
Forman is facing three counts of second degree murder, after his wife Clara Forman and their two daughters were discoverd dead in their Rutland home last December. The cause of death of the three victims has not yet been released.
Glenn Verdurmen, who is representing Jacob Forman in court, told the judge that he and his client were not in a position to enter a plea as of yet, and asked for a month's adjournment.
The judge agreed, and Forman will appear in court again on Thursday, March 15th.
Months after the deaths of Clara and her daughters, the community is still reeling from the loss, and is hoping for more answers in the coming months.
