A Kelowna man's haunted house continues to grow in popularity.
For a number of years now, Paul Coxe has been turning his house on Grenfell Road into a haunted house for Halloween, with donations accepted from those who go through.
Calling it unbelievable, Coxe says over 4 days this year they raised $2,400 dollars and 5,000 pounds of food.
“Far past my expectations of anything that I even thought of,” he said “I was expecting maybe 2,000 people but after Halloween night it was 3,048 people that went through my haunted house.”
The haunted house was open for 4 days this year compared to 3 days last year, which attracted over 800 people.
The money and food was donated to the Kelowna Food Bank Wednesday.
Coxe says it will take him about a month to, to take down the haunted house.
