Construction on the first phase of Kelowna's integrated water project will affect traffic in the Crawford area of town.
As of this week, Crawford Road will be down to a single lane in some areas between Dehart Road and Westridge Drive, before closing completely next Tuesday.
That closure is expected to last until next month, with a detour set up off of Westridge, that will also use Missionridge Drive, Park Ridge Drive, and Stewart Road West.
More construction is in the works for September to November, and will affect traffic on Dehart, Casorso Road, and Hughes Road.
Most of the work will be done weekdays between 7 am and 5:30 pm, though some evening and weekend work may be scheduled.
Construction is also continuing on Upper Mission Drive, Gordon Drive, and Chute Lake Road.
