Kelowna's Greyhound bus depot has been put up for sale.
The 9200 square-foot building is set on 2 acres, at the corner of Enterprise Way and Leckie Road, one block north of Orchard Park Shopping Centre. HM Commercial Group has listed the property for 6 million dollars.
At the start of July, Greyhound Canada announced it will be ending its bus and freight services in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba at the end of October. The company blamed a 41 per cent decline in ridership since 2010. 415 people will be out of work as a result of the decision.
