The cost of housing continues to climb in the Kelowna area. The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board says it's because there are fewer houses to sell.
In April the price of a single family home was $667,000.oo an increase of 18 per cent over the same month last year.
The average condo sold for $336,000.oo in April 2017 - an increase of 20 per cent.
And townhomes, on average, sold for about $455,000.oo - that's an jump of 16 per cent from April, 2016.
