UPDATE - October 25th, 11:45 AM:
The suspect involved in the break and enter on Hollywood Road South last week was arrested a second time just days later.
Shortly after being taken into custody on Wednesday, October 17th, 32-year-old Neil Lingor was released on a set of strict conditions.
Then on Tuesday, October 23rd, the owner of a Honda generator, who reported it stolen days earlier, saw it listed for sale online, and promptly notified the West Kelowna RCMP.
A meeting was arranged on Main Street in West Kelowna to do the deal. It was there that police arrested Lingor for a second time.
He now faces additional charges of possession of stolen property and breaching his bail conditions.
Lingor has once again been released from police custody, and will appear in court on November 19th.

UPDATE - 2:20 PM:
The Kelowna RCMP are reporting that the suspect involved in Wednesday morning’s break and enter has been caught, thanks to a tip from a member of the public.
Hours after the break and enter on Hollywood Road South was reported, police received a 911 call, saying that the suspect vehicle had been spotted parked and occupied on Rutland Road North.
Once police arrived, they found evidence inside the vehicle linked to the break-in, and took the suspect, a 32-year-old Kelowna man, into custody without further incident.
He was later found to be in breach of previous bail conditions. He’s now facing several new potential charges.

A search is underway in the Central Okanagan for a suspect vehicle police believe is tied to a residential break and enter and theft from a Rutland area home.
On Wednesday (Oct 17), just after 11:00 am, Kelowna RCMP received a report of a residential alarm and learned the homeowner had discovered a break and enter.
Corporal Jesse O'Donaghey says "after conducting a review of the homes video surveillance system, investigators have obtained images of both their break and enter suspect, who clearly took steps to disguise their identity, and a vehicle, they believe to be associated to that suspect." He says if you see the car, or the suspect - call RCMP - do not to "approach this vehicle or any of it’s occupants.”
The suspect is believed to be a male, seen wearing black or dark coloured baggy pants, a black hoodie with what appears to be a white “Metal Mulisha” logo, a pair of black gloves, a pair of tinted ski goggles and a red bandana over his face.
The suspect vehicle is an older model, silver 4-door sedan, with winter tires on steel rims and notable damage to the driver’s side front door.
If you spot the suspect vehicle, or you have any information that may assist police in their ongoing investigation, you are asked to contact Cst. Regan Donahue of the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300.
