A Kelowna man has pleaded guilty to sexual interference of a person under the age of 16, and will hear his sentencing once a pre-sentence report is put together.
And for 23-year-old Zachary Xavier Heise, this isn't the first time that he's found himself in trouble with the law for this same reason.
Back in 2013, Heise, who was 19 at the time, was charged with sexual interference of a person under the age of 16 when he pushed a 13-year-old girl's head towards his crotch.
He was sentenced in 2015 to two months of probation and a strict curfew for two months.
But last year, Heise was involved in another incident, although aside from the sexual interference charge, the exact details are unknown due to a publication ban.
This being said, he also faces a breach of probation charge.
During his first sentencing back in 2015, Heise was described by his lwayer as someone who looked and acted like he was 15-years-old. He also is reported to have a number of behavioural issues.
