A 34-year-old Kelowna man has been charged with murder after three bodies were found in a home on Bolotzky Court in Rutland.
RCMP have not released any details about the suspect or the victims, but online court documents show a Jacob Daniel Forman has been charged with three counts of murder.
Police say the bodies were found Tuesday night, but the Court Services document indicates the killings allegedly happened on Sunday.
Social media posts say Forman was married with two young daughters.
His next court appearance is this afternoon at 2:00 pm.
Kelowna RCMP and the BC Coroners Service continue to investigate.
UPDATE: Jacob Forman made his first appearance in court today, December 21st.
He was read the three charges of second degree murder, as well as no contact orders for 13 people.
Forman's attorney, Glenn Verdurmen, says that details surrounding the case will not become fully clear until later on in the process.
"I don't know much about the case yet," says Verdurmen. "I will be receiving disclosure from the crown and reviewing with my client. I wouldn't expect the process to move really quickly."
Forman's next appearance in court is scheduled for Thursday, January 18th.
