A 46-year-old man from Kelowna who was arrested in July on drug charges is now facing nine more.
Back on July 11, police pulled over 46-year-old George Zacharias and searched his vehicle, where they found 2 kg of cocaine.
The next day, police searched his home on McCarren Avenue and found another pound of marijuana, and nine guns with 2000 rounds of ammunition.
Zacharias was originally charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, and is now facing nine counts relating to the illegally-owned guns.
He was released from police custody after appearing in court last Friday, and is due back in Abbotsford for his next appearance on January 15.
