Kelsey Serwa of Kelowna has captured her second career Olympic medal - gold in women's skicross at the Pyeongchang Winter games.
Serwa took the lead early in the race and held it crossing the finish line in first with teammate, and best friend, Brittany Phelan, close behind in second.
Phelan from Quebec claimed the silver medal - while Fanny Smith of Switzerland won the bronze.

Team Canada has now bested its medal count set in Vancouver in 2010 with 27 - and broke its record for most medals at a Winter games.
