A 64-year-old man is expected to be charged after he was confronted in a parking lot in Lake Country Tuesday afternoon.
Just after 4:00, a fight started in the lot at Swalwell Park on Bottom Wood Lake Road between the 64-year-old, who was inside his parked car, and another man.
The two men came to blows after the witness had reportedly seen the man touching himself inappropriately in his car, while watching kids in a nearby waterpark.
Lake Country RCMP are still investigating the incident, and are looking for more witnesses to come forward.
The man arrested by police has been released on strict conditions, and is awaiting charges and an official court date.
