A Kelowna man facing sexual misconduct charges will be back in court on Tuesday, April 10th for an arraignment hearing.
41-year-old Alexandre Joseph Boily was arrested back in August of 2016 and charged with sexual interference of a person under 16, as well as invitation to sexual touching of a person under 16.
Boily's counsel appeared in court Thursday afternoon on his behalf, and had Boily's matter adjourned to Tuesday, April 10th, saying it would give his client enough time to seek more legal counsel to prepare for the arraignment heraring.
The identity of the other person involved in the incident with Boily is protected under a publication ban.
Prior to these charges, Boily has a previous criminal record, with charges of possession and production of a controlled substance from 2001.
