One of the two men who robbed a Kelowna liquor store at gunpoint last year, will spend another 3 years and 2 months in jail.
28-year-old Christopher Stocker was sentenced to 5 years in jail yesterday, the mandatory minimum sentence, minus time already served.
On January 17, 2016 Stocker and 29-year-old Riley Frank, entered Jammer’s Liquor Store on Harvey Avenue and stole money and liquor, as Frank pointed a gun at the clerk.
The two were arrested by the police the next day.
Frank was sentenced to 5 years in jail last August.
