Kelowna RCMP are hoping the public can help police track down a man who allegedly exposed himself to a couple of teenage girls earlier this month.
Corporal Jesse O'Donaghey says the incident happened at around 7:30 pm on September 8th in the 700 block of Rutland Road North.
"The investigation has been on-going since that time interveiwing witnesses, both at the scene and the victim's themselves. There's been extensive efforts put into obtaining the video surveillance footage. The images along with the suspect's description, we're hoping, is enough for the public to assist in identifying this individual," he says.
O'Donaghey says after arriving in the area on a black motorcycle, possibly a Harley with "U" shaped handle bars, the man started talking with the girls and then exposed himself and offered them money. Both girls told the man "no" and he left the area.
He's described as Caucasian, in his late 20's to early 30's, average height and weight, with red or strawberry blonde hair and a beard. He was wearing a black Harley Davidson t-shirt and a pair of dark coloured pants.
