March was a good month for home sales in the Central Okanagan.
The average selling price for a single family home was just under $668,000, up 3.6% from February.
The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board says 176 homes were sold during the month and it took on average 63 days for the transaction to be completed.
While the market remained steady in March, a slowdown is inevitable with the economic impacts of COVID-19.
