It is Mental Health Week, and after weeks of isolation it’s no surprise people’s emotions are being tested.
Jessica Samuels, Media Relations for the Canadian Mental Health Association Kelowna, says while people take steps to protect their physical health, their mental health is suffering.

Samuels said on AM 1150’s Early Edition they are offering many resources online and by phone for those who need it.
