It was a happy ending for two Kelowna snowmobilers who spent an unexpected night on a mountain near Revelstoke.
RCMP say the men, Taylor Dumonceaux and Andrew Macleod, were reported missing Saturday afternoon when they failed to return their rented sleds after spending the day on Boulder Mountain.
Rescuers resumed their search for the pair on Sunday and found them early in the afternoon - cold, but in good health.
Police say one of the sleds had run out of gas and when the men tried to head out on the other machine, they got lost.
They built a snow fort to sleep in, then tried to walk to safety Sunday when rescuers tracked their footprints.
