It goes without saying that, at least for a few hours, Thursday was one of the nicer days outside that Kelowna had seen in a long time, with temperatures peaking at around 10 degrees.
Things are expected to be very different 24-hours later, with temperatures on Friday sinking all the way down to minus 10, with a high of only minus 3.
Surprisingly, it will be quite sunny in the next few days, with barely any clouds, despite the colder weather.
A pressure system coming in from the Pacific will be bringing in some precipitation as well, with flurries predicted for Sunday.
Next week shouldn't be as cloudy as we've seen previously this season, with a healthy mix of sun and cloud.
Temperatures, however, are looking fairly low for that week, with the weekly low being minus 8 and highs floating around the zero mark.
