More charges have been filed against a North Okanagan man accused of threatening a sex trade worker last August 28th.
37 year old Curtis Sagmoen is now charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon for another incident on August 10th 2017, and a separate assault on Canada Day. Sagmoen will face these new charges in court February 19th. The female victims were both online escorts, and both incidents happened in an area close to Sagmoen's parents' farm near Salmon Arm.
Corporal Dan Moskaluk says RCMP believe there are other victims and witnesses to similar un-reported incidents and are requesting they come forward
Sagmoen was first arrested in October for pointing a firearm, uttering threats and disguising his face with intent to commit an offence. That same month major crime investigators did a large-scale search on his parents' farm after the remains of 18-year-old Traci Genereaux were discovered.
No charges have been laid in relation to Genereaux's death
