The wildfire that broke out late yesterday afternoon near Trepanier and the Connector is in much better shape this morning....
It's Estimated at .8 hectares. Currently in the "being held" stage, which means it's 100 percent hand guarded. 5 crew worked the site overnite and today, 3 crew replace them. It's still suspected as human caused.
BC Wildfire Information officer Maddison Smith adds that water bombers and helicopters hit it hard until about 8 last night.
