On Saturday, January 20th, RCMP responded to a report of four vehicles in the parking lot of the Okanagan College on KLO Road having damage to their tires.
The vehicles all had deflated tires on the passenger side, raising concerns that a serial tire slasher may have been on the loose.
Fortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case, as Corporal Jesse O'Donaghey says the damage may have been accidental.
"Police attended the College and reviewed CCTV footage of the campus property, which did not seem to show any suspicious activity related to those affected vehicles," says O'Donaghey.
RCMP also removed an unspecified object from that road, which may have caused the damage to the tires.
