A Kelowna man accused of killing his wife and two daughters late last year made his latest court appearance Monday morning.
34-year-old Jacob Forman was initially expected to enter a plea, but both Defense and Crown Counsel agreed to adjourn the matter to Monday, June 25th, to allow additional evidence to be submitted.
It’s unknown if Forman will indeed enter a plea on that date.
During Monday’s appearance, Forman was present via video conference, and once again looked stone-faced and emotionless.
Forman was arrested on Tuesday, December 19th, after the bodies of his wife Clara and their two daughters Karina and Yesenia were discovered inside their Rutland home.
He was initially charged with three counts of second degree murder, until two of those charges were upgraded to first degree back in March.
Prior to these charges, Forman had no previous criminal record.
