Still no replacement for Ron Mattiussi, who stepped down as Kelowna City Manager in late March, after 11 years on the job, and 22 total working for the City. The City had expected to have the position filled by the end of May but the announcement has been pushed to late June.
More than 70 people applied to take over the position. That group was narrowed to a short list to be interviewed by the City's audit committee, which includes Mayor Colin Basran, and Councillors Luke Stack and Gail Given.
There is one more interview to conduct before a decision will be made.
