Thursday's heavy snow created chaos on the highways with crashes up and down the valley.
In our region this morning - the Connector and Highway 33 are open - further on the Coquihalla and Trans-Canada are also open - but a travel advisory remains in effect for Highway 3 from Manning to Princeton.
The mountain passes all have snow-covered and slippery sections this morning.
In Kelowna - the city has 21 snow removal trucks, three graders, and five sidewalk plows - and they'll be out first on the Priority One routes, like Gordon Drive, before moving onto the collector streets like Richter, the bus routes, school zones, town centers and emergency vehicle stations. After these they'll clear the residential streets.
The City of West Kelowna has a similar system in place for snow clearing.
Stephen Bryans, Kelowna's Roadway Operations Supervisor, says there are no temporary parking bans on snow routes right now - but you can help out by moving your vehicles off the streets to give the crews some room to maneuver.
And if you're planning to fly out of Kelowna today - check with Kelowna International Airport as there were several flight departure cancelllations Friday morning. All Arrivals were on time.
