Call him the gatekeeper of Okanagan Lake, Sean Reimer is responsible for the water level of the lake.
Too high means flooding. Too low and boaters and beach goers aren't happy.
Reimer says right now, things are looking good, "This moderate but nice temperatures, still cool at night, are really a blessing in terms of getting that measured snowmelt that will help the creeks not runout of control, but still bring snow down into the lake where we need the water there as well."
Okanagan Lake will peak in June.
Flood warnings have been reduced across much of BC's central interior as cooler weather eases the rate of snowmelt.
