It was a busy St. Patrick's Day for the Kelowna RCMP this past weekend.
In total, 14 impaired drivers, as well as 2 prohibited drivers, were removed from the roads by officers, and dozens of violation tickets were handed out.
This all took place between the late hours of Saturday, March 17th, and the early morning hours of Sunday, March 18th.
One of the arrests involved a 24-year-old man who pulled up to a checkstop in Rutland on Sunday morning, showing clear signs of intoxication.
The driver also happened to be a prohibited driver, and was handed an additional driving prohibition.
He faces potential criminal charges, and will appear in court on Wednesday, June 6th.
