High winds and water levels on Kal Lake have flooded a trailer park in Oyama.
Water breached sandbags at Tween Lakes Resort on Oyama Road, affecting all 81 units inside.
Manager Malcolm Uttley is trying to remain calm as he assesses the damage.
"We have pulled trailers we have pulled boats. The trick is not to panic. Water will bend steel."
Uttley is hoping the water levels recede in about three weeks.
Until then, Uttley will be busy setting out more sandbags and moving trailers to higher ground.
"We still have runoff from Big White and Little White and all the contributaries from Naramata. Okangan Lake will fill. We will stabalize, I am not sure when that will be? Probably another inch or two, but this will sit until Okanagan Lake actually starts receding", Uttley added.
