The Philpott Road wildfire in Joe Rich, east of Kelowna, is now 70% contained and remains at 465 hectares in size.
The BC Wildfire Service says crews will continue establishing control lines and mopping-up hotspots today - 82 firefighters, 1 helicopter and 6 pieces of heavy equipment are working on the blaze.
Although the fire has come within a few hundred metres of properties, the Wildfire Service says it has not received reports that any structures have been impacted.
Officials are continuing to assess and deploy structural protection as needed.
All remaining Evacuation Alerts for the Philpott Road fire are now rescinded and residents of the area can bring their farm animals back to their properties.
An area restriction for all Crown land in the vicinity of the Philpott wildfire remains in effect.
