A man was arrested in downtown Kelowna yesterday morning, after he began randomly attacking people.
It happened on Bernard Avenue, just west of Pandosy, at about 8:45. Five people were attacked by man, who had a metal bar.
Police also say the man continued to behave aggressively while he was in handcuffs, and damaged the inside of a police cruiser.
Fortunately, none of his victims were seriously injured.
RCMP say the man was acting under the influence of drugs, and needed treatment in hospital.
He's now being held in jail before his first court appearance.
