An infamous piece of Kelowna property is up for sale.
The largest portion of Kelowna Mountain, in the Upper Mission, has been listed for almost 8 million dollars. The whole Kelowna Mountain Development property is 640 acres but only a 320 acre parcel is up for sale.
Owner Mark Consiglio bought the property several years ago with plans to build a wine park with suspension bridges, a grotto and a man-made lake, but he allegedly failed to pay back investors who took him to court.
The sale has been ordered by a judge, with profits from the sale going to lenders.
