Protect the Water rallies are planned across Canada today to protest Kinder Morgan's Trans-Mountain pipeline expansion.
Demonstrators are set to gather outside Kelowna-Lake Country MP Stephen Fuhr's office on St. Paul Street this afternoon (Friday) at 1:00.
They'll present Fuhr with a jar of Burrard Inlet water - the place where the pipeline will hit the docks.
Protestors want to remind politicians about the potential threat to BC's waterways from the pipeline expansion, which has received federal approval.
