Police are asking for the male who was walking their dog and intervened in an incident at approximately 3:30am on Saturday February 10, 2024 at Spall Road and Bernard Avenue to come forward. Please call the Kelowna RCMP detachment at 250-762-3300 and reference the file number 2024-7521.
