West Kelowna RCMP arrested a 20-year-old man after receiving a tip about a possible drunk driver Thursday night.
At around 11:40 pm, police responded to a tip of a suspected impaired driver in the area of Gellatly Road and Highway 97 and pulled over a black Mitsubishi.
The driver provided a breath sample that came up as a "warning", but by drinking alcohol he breached release conditions and was arrested.
During a search, police found a banned weapon - a set of brass knuckles.
The suspect- a Kelowna man - was to appear in court Friday.
