Kelowna RCMP are asking for your help in identifying a suspect in an attempted robbery.
About 5 pm Tuesday, the suspect entered the Royal Bank in the 3000 block of Pandosy out in the Mission, approached a teller and produced a note demanding cash. He fled with nothing. An RCMP search of the area was unsuccessful, likely due to the time delay. If you live in the area and have a security camera, the police want you to check your footage. And, if you were driving by and have a dash camera, they'd like you to check your footage as well.
The suspect is described as Caucasian male, in his 30's, dark trimmed beard and moustache, wearing a grey Under Armour baseball hat, aviator style sunglasses with dark lens', a black coat, grey hoodie and black gloves. If you have any information, the police want to hear from you.
