A few weeks after a credit card was stolen from the inside of a truck, police think they've got their suspect.
Back on November 22, police were notified that some valuables had been stolen from a truck parked on Flemish Street that night.
An RCMP investigation tracked the suspect to two different stores, where he'd used the victim's card to buy 150 bucks in prepaid credit cards, and snacks including a creamsicle, lifesavers, and a yogurt drink.
After identifying 39-year-old Patrick Casey, police found and arrested him at a house in Glenmore on New Year's Day.
Casey appeared in court facing five charges on Tuesday, and is scheduled to be back on Monday.
Charges against him are for fraud under $5000 dollars, fraudulent use of a credit card, and possession of property obtained by crime.
