Families or individuals in need of assistance this holiday season are uirged to register for the Salvation Army's "Sharing Christmas Family Food and Toy program."
You can register this Wednesday and Thursday at the Salvation Army's Community Church on Sutherland Avenue in Kelowna - book an appointment by calling 250-765-3450.
Last year, the Salvation Army provided help to more than 600 families in need, including toys for more than 1,100 children.
