Kelowna Rockets made two selections in the CHL Import Draft today and they're betting on the number 13.
The 13th pick was a rightwinger from the Czech Republic. His name is Pavel Novak.
He's not huge at 5'10" but it looks like he can score. Last year, Novak at 29 goals and 16 assists in 31 games.
In the second round, the Rockets grabbed a Russian rightwinger named Daniil Gutik. He's a little bigger at 6'3".
His statistics aren't as impressive.
Both players have extensive international experience.
