A man and a woman were sent to hospital with minor injuries after a crash near Kelowna Thursday night.
At about 7:15, police were called to a single vehicle rollover on Highway 33 East near Joe Riche Road.
The black Dodge Dakota pickup truck rolled over after its driver lost control of the vehicle, which sustained severe damage after it struck a highway speed sign and a tree before landing back on its wheels.
Both people inside of the vehicle were able to get out of it by themselves, having each sustained relatively minor injuries.
Both were taken to hospital as a precaution.
The RCMP says alcohol was ruled out as a factor, and that rather the wet slipper road was the issue.
