With only three days left before Christmas, the push is on to reach the Salvation Army's goal of $800 thousand dollars in the Central Okanagan.
So far, the Christmas Kettle Campaign is 147 thousand dollars short.
Executive Director Darryl Burry is hoping resident step up over the next 72 hours.
"People think of their charitable giving on those final couple of days, so they are typically fairly good days both in walk-in donations or on-line donations as well as our kettles are typically good the last couple of days before Christmas".
The $800 grand represents its biggest fundraising effort of the year.
