Another scam is making the rounds.
Vehicles are being offered on-line at reduced prices.
The buyer is asked to leave money with a third party until the vehicle arrives.
"Everyone except the consumer is in on the scam. The third party, which is suppose to be independent and holding your money, they are a fake business and are part of the scam. The seller is part of the scam as their is no vehicle".
The Better Business Bureau's Karla Laird says the red flag is if you can't meet the seller or inspect the car in person.
