We're shifting from a sellers housing market to a buyers market - this according to the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board.
President Marv Beer says the indicators are an increase in new listings, a growing inventory of homes for sale, and lower average prices.
Last month, there was a slight drop in the average price of a single-family home to $669,000 - from just over $678,000 in February 2018.
Sales of residential homes declined by almost 30% in February from the same month last year, but listings were up almost 3.5%.
