There's more snow forecast for Thursday night and all day Friday for the Coquihalla Highway between Hope and Merritt.
Environment Canada has issued another snowfall warning saying 25 cms could fall in the region which has already seen 32 cms this week.
Meteorologist Alyssa Charbonneau says the snowfall amounts are not record-setting, but the weather pattern remains active, and that's why another warning has been issued.
She says if you're driving up the Coquihalla on Saturday, you'll catch a break, but then another system could arrive.
"As we go into Sunday, the system begins to shift later in the day and we're back into the potential of getting snow, possibly heavier, moving in over the Coquihalla Sunday night into Monday," says Charbonneau "But there is a chance we will finally be able to end the warnings."
Envrionment Canada is also calling for 20 to 25 cms of snow on the Trans-Canada from Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass as a cold front moves into the Columbias Thursday night.
The snow will become heavy over higher elevations of the Trans Canada Highway Friday afternoon and evening as the front stalls over the area. Accumulations of 20 to 25 cm are expected over Rogers Pass by Saturday morning.
Charbonneau says Kelowna could seen some sun on Saturday, before more showers Sunday into the early part of next week.
