One of the notorious Bacon brothers is back in jail after his statutory release was revoked.
Jarrod Bacon was released into an undisclosed halfway house in February after serving part of his 14 year sentence in a Quebec jail for conspiracy to traffic cocaine.
His release conditions included that he was not to go into any drinking establishments or associate with people involved in crime.
In July, officers found Bacon in an undisclosed strip club drinking with a group of people, including a known criminal. He first gave officers a fake name and after arrested, tried smashing a window in the back seat of a police car with his foot.
A Parole Board ruled last week that Bacon would continue his sentence in prison.
Jarrod Bacon is the brother of Jamie Bacon, who's in pre-trial custody for the 2007 Surrey Six murders, and Jonathan Bacon, who was shot dead outside the Kelowna Delta Grand Hotel in 2011.
His alleged killers are currently on trial in Kelowna.
