It's the Labour Day Long Weekend - and there won't be much change in the weather.
Environment Canada's Alyssa Charbonneau says another strong ridge of high pressure is building over the entire province.
"And what that means is that temperatures will be back into the 30's - seeing a high of 33 for Saturday, 32 for Sunday and 30 for Monday," she says.
Charbonneau says it'll also be a stagnant air mass - meaning the return of thicker wildfire smoke over the course of the weekend.
She says the sunny, hot, dry conditions will persist through most of next week with daytime highs hovering around 30 - there's no real rain in the forecast at all.
"It looks like this ridge could begin to break down by the end of next week, but through it may cool off slightly, it'll stay fairly dry. So for the forseeable future, the dry conditions will stick around," she says.
The normal high for this time of year is near 23 - the normal low near 9.
