For the fifth year in a row, the Central Okanagan Search and Rescue volunteers will be out on Halloween night handing out candy and providing a safe place to go if the little trick or treaters get a little scared.
They will be parking one of their rescue trucks in upper Glenmore around Watson Road Elementary and patrolling the area on foot and with a bike team.
Look for them near North Glenmore Elementary and Dr. Knox Middle as well.
COSAR members have donated over 1,500 pieces of candy and will be in search and rescue jackets.
