The 59-year-old Kelowna motorcyclist, injured in a crash Saturday night on Springfield near Willits Road, has been identified on Facebook as Santa Tom Kliner.
In a post - Kliner says he's in a lot of pain, but alive. He's in stable condition in hospital.
The post reads: "Santa Tom Kliner shared a post. Yes, this is me. I am alive, in a lot of pain and more to tell you but it will have to wait a bit. Thank you for all the well wishes and concerns so far. Santa Tom"
Also as part of the post: Joanne Kliner-Stuart Greenhough writes "My brother, Santa Tom Kliner is needing your prayers. He was badly hurt in this accident".
RCMP say just after 11:00 pm, the driver of a Honda Civic was turning left, from eastbound Springfield onto Willits, when he collided with a westbound Harley Davidson.
The impact ejected the motorcycle operator into the windshield of the Civic.
Police say the 84-year-old driver of the car suffered minor injuries, but was taken to hospital as a precaution.
RCMP are still looking for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to come forward.
