A single northbound lane on Highway 97 in West Kelowna has re-opened to traffic.
Backed-up traffic is continuing to move through the area, after southbound lanes were re-opened over the past few hours.
A semi-trailer jacknifed, this morning, hitting an SUV snarling traffic by Gorman's Mill.
No-one was seriously hurt in the crash, but thousands of people were stuck for extended periods of time, especially those heading northbound into Westbank and Kelowna.
DriveBC says that partial lane closures are in effect in both directions, and that anyone driving into the area should expect delays.
