The disruption was caused by a car that crashed into a hydro pole on Springfield Rd.
The outage map shows customers have been restored in the Pandosy area but power remains out near Orchard Park Mall.
Some traffic lights are out around the City and confirmed at Gorndon Dr and Harvey Ave.
